Receiving funds into your FIN-DIGIT account is subject to our Permitted Jurisdictions.
Faster Payments, SEPA and Swift Payments into your account are processed every 15 minutes.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, some payments may be delayed due to national holidays or time zones. We will provide you with the next available payment date.
Transactions with a currency exchange where a currency may not be available can be at certain times, such as weekends. If you encounter this issue, please try and perform your conversion during trading hours. Read our guides on payment timelines and conversion cut offs, otherwise, please contact support@fin-digit.com or your relationship manager.
Permitted jurisdictions apply to where funds are originating from and/or where a payer is geographically based. If either you or your payer sends funds from a bank account outside our permitted jurisdictions, or resident in a country located outside of our permitted jurisdictions, the funds will be failed automatically by our transaction monitoring system at the point of processing.
